Great to prepare your skin for a holiday tan, or just to remove the build up of dull dead skin on the body. Having this treatment before a massage will allow the oils used to penetrate deeper into the skin, intensifying the benefits. I use Aloe Vera products to leave the skin silky soft.

Hopi Ear Candles

Hopi-Ear Candles have been used from as far back as 2500BC to treat common ailments such as recurrent headaches, blocked sinuses, tension, stress, migraines, cold and flu. More recently it has been used by frequent flyers to combat congestion that leads to discomfort when taking off and landing.

The hollow tube is placed gently into the ear and the alternate end is lit, as the candles burns it creates a 'chimney effect' drawing out toxins and releasing tension.

This is a wonderfully relaxing treatment and has lead to excellent results for

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage has been practised for centuries and involves not only the scalp but also the neck, shoulders and face. It is stimulating to the scalp and has been said to promote hair growth and thickening as well as easing muscle tension and fatigue.

This is a great treatment if you work at a desk all day and often get that ache in your neck at the base of your scalp and round your shoulders.

The treatment can be done with or without oil either over or under the clothes.
